Booking Policy

All appointments require a deposit to secure your time slot. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once with 24-hour notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Less than 24 hours may result in a fee.

No-Show Policy

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Late Policy

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited.

Fill Policy

You must have 40% of lashes remaining to qualify for a fill. Anything less will require a new full set.

Children & Guests

For safety and comfort, no extra guests or children are allowed during appointments.

Refund Policy

Due to the time and product used, services are non-refundable. However, we offer a complimentary 48-hour fix if needed.
