Booking Policy

All appointments require a deposit to reserve your time slot. Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred once when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee.

No-Show Policy

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Late Policy

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

Fill Policy

At least 40% of your lash extensions must remain to qualify for a fill. Appointments with less than 40% remaining will require a full set.
